Dear Friends & Family:

Many of you know that Carol and I have dedicated the last 16 years of our lives serving hundreds of married couples to help them build healthy marriage relationships. We have invested tens of thousands of dollars and countless hours of prayer, coaching, counseling, and training to help couples in all walks of life, cultures, ethnicities, and marriage tenure.

What you may not know, is that one of the reasons we are so passionate about helping couples, is after going through our individual times of divorce, periods of sadness, isolation, and uncertainty, God gave us both a second chance to love again.

I remember those times of feeling lost and alone. I felt like God would no longer use me to help other couples when I was not able to help myself (prevent a divorce).

To His glory, not only did God stay with me during those times of despair, but He then instilled in me a new vision of hope to couples everywhere. He gave me a vision of hurting couples, crying in the wilderness, looking for someone to help ease their pain. In that moment God gave me a calling and a mandate to “help the ones I bring to you.”

So that is now our mission and life purpose, to help couples stop the hurting of unhealthy marriages and individual brokenness. It is what we now call Marriage By Design. This program helps couples understand God’s intent for marriage from the beginning. This clarity, found in Genesis, has transformed our marriage and our lives!

As a result, we have now been given an opportunity to take the Marriage By Design message to married couples in Uganda, East Africa!

We have been invited by Bishop Timothy Kakooza, who has served as Pastor of Katosi Community Church for over 25 years, to come to Uganda in August 2022. The church there is a vibrant, Bible-based Evangelical church in the heart of Katosi town. Their desire is Making the Invisible God Visible by knowing Christ and being conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Here is an opportunity to fulfill one of our visions, that is, taking the message of Marriage to Millions! We are now a global ministry with an opportunity to impact people in other countries who do not have the resources we have here in the United States.

Will you join us by donating $200.00 (or any larger amount) to help us get to Uganda and provide them much needed teaching on God’s design for marriage? We are told many of them believe in polygamy. Yet, this Bishop wants his people to hear the truth about God’s heart for marriage. That is exactly our purpose, “to help those He brings to us.”

100% of your donation will be used for the purpose of helping us meet the cost of travel to Uganda and associated expenses while there, including books and teaching materials. It is a LONG trip and the resources there are few. So to serve the people well, we will need about $9500.00. We have already been blessed with $2200.00 from two “angel” donors. This request is only going to a select number of potential “partners”. Will you please consider being one?
